Together with RECOA, we’d like to introduce the new specialist course titled “Renewable Change Control Management” (RCCM). Recognizing the critical importance of change control management in renewable projects, RCCM empowers industry professionals with essential skills crucial for organizational success. Led by our CEO of LAUTEC Australia, Satya Tanner, the course focuses on establishing robust change control processes, governance structures, and proactive management strategies, all geared towards averting deviations from the original project budget, schedule, and scope.
