Ted Chang has joined our team in Taipei. As GIS Consultant, he will support our clients in the APAC region with GIS services.
With a demonstrated work history as Geographic Sourcing Analyst and Data Specialist, Ted has handled and visualized spatial data for the past four years. He is highly skilled in GIS processes, data strategy planning, and designing technical solutions related to spatial issues.
Ted has a bachelor’s degree in Geomatics and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering. At LAUTEC, he provides GIS support for offshore wind farm projects, including the promotion and management of the WindGIS platform.
