The Role
As a Fabrication Assistant, you will support the Fabrication and Deputy Fabrication Manager in overseeing fabrication-related activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination between teams. You will play a key role in administrative alignment, material tracking, and documentation management while serving as a crucial interface between internal fabrication teams and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Support the Fabrication & Deputy Fabrication Manager with fabrication-related tasks.
- Assist Package Managers and respond to their requests.
- Prepare weekly reports and translate key meeting issues into English.
- Track and ensure the delivery and installation of free issue items.
- Manage the ongoing tracker with CWP for material batch deliveries.
- Serve as the point of contact for administrative alignment at the CWP site office.
- Coordinate interface activities between internal FOU teams and external packages.
- Participate in daily toolbox meetings for load-out and control activities.
- Support load-out coordination with contractors such as FM1 T&I in site, CDWE, MWS, and CWP.
- Manage and review fabrication documents in PIMS, including CR & C, ToC, and LoA documents.
- Oversee general office operations and supply management.
What We Are Looking For

- Experience in fabrication, construction, or a related industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and track material deliveries.
- Experience in document control and reporting.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English for translating meeting notes and key issues.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and teams.
The contract is for 2 years, with the possibility of an extension. The workplace is Century Wind Power at Taipei Port.
