Adding value from day one, Mao-Cheng Chang has recently joined our growing team in Taiwan as Senior Planning Consultant.
With a degree in Industrial Management, Mao-Cheng has been leading EPC project planning teams for the past 20 years. In his previous role as Planning Manager for a large construction enterprise in Taiwan, he managed fabrication and construction contractors’ schedules and progress.
Off to a Flying Start
As LAUTEC’s Senior Planning Consultant, Mao-Cheng has been supporting offshore wind projects in the APAC region with planning services.
“Bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge of planning and the local supply chain in Taiwan, Mao-Cheng has gotten off to a flying start by taking charge of a large-scale capacity assessment for the supply of local foundations.
