The Role
We are currently seeking a SharePoint Operations and Process Improvement Manager to oversee the deployment and configuration of SharePoint Online and applications. By joining our international Group Support team, you will work with developing and maintaining governance policies and procedures and drive process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

What You’ll Do
- Overseeing the deployment and configuration of SharePoint Online and custom applications.
- Managing client user accounts, permissions, and access to SharePoint sites and content.
- Troubleshooting issues with SharePoint Online, applications, and user accounts.
- Developing and maintaining SharePoint governance policies and procedures for clients
- Training end-users on how to use SharePoint and creating user guides and manuals.
- Working with stakeholders to identify and implement new SharePoint features and functionality.
- Collaborating with other IT teams to integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications.
- Managing and monitoring third-party tools and services integrated with SharePoint.
- Developing process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Conducting process assessments to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks in business processes.
- Creating process maps and diagrams to illustrate process flows and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitating process improvement workshops and working with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
- Providing guidance and training to stakeholders on process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Identifying process automation opportunities and working with automation specialists to implement automation solutions.
- Staying up to date with the latest process improvement methodologies and tools to continuously improve business processes
What We’re Looking For
Bringing the below skills and qualities will make it easier to succeed in this role:
- Relevant degree within Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online administration, governance, and process improvement
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online governance policies and procedures and experience in developing and maintaining these policies.
- Experience conducting process assessments and identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks in business processes.
- Experience developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools, such as process mapping, Lean Six Sigma, and process automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services, applications, and user accounts.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex matters in a professional and straightforward way
- Relevant Microsoft or Six Sigma certifications and familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform are an advantage
