Country Manager Australia

The Role 

We are looking for a Country Manager who will be working both as director for our Australian team and as consultant for our clients’ projects. Joining our international team, you will manage and grow LAUTEC’s Australian subsidiary and engage with high-profile companies in the renewable energy industry.  

What You Will Do 

  • Lead our Australian business unit (LAUTEC AU) from our office in Melbourne 
  • Manage and grow the Australian team, including people management and development  
  • Advise clients within onshore and offshore wind development, PV, and hybrid
  • Deepen our partnership with current clients and bring in new clients 
  • Strategic development together with the group management and teams in Copenhagen, Taipei, and Boston 

What We Are Looking For 

Bringing the below skills and qualities will make it easier to succeed in this role: 

  • A strong motivation to help accelerate the green transition 
  • Relevant industry experience and network 
  • Management experience, especially EPC project, contract, and people management 
  • Relevant degree in engineering and construction management or similar 
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex matters in a professional and straightforward way 
  • You are highly motivated, flexible, and agile with a can-do attitude
  • You are a team player with a curious and innovative mindset who likes to challenge the status quo
