The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler working full-time as part of an offshore wind project. Working closely with the project’s PMO team, you will develop and manage schedules and suggest corrective actions to keep the project on scope, budget, and time.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain detailed project plans in Primavera
- Carry out progress updates of activities and resource demands
- Gather, communicate, and report progress, performance, and forecasts
- Ensure the alignment and coordination of milestones, project packages, and contractor schedules
- Facilitate scenario analysis and support Package Managers in concept selection and decision making
- Drive and optimize consistent risk and interface management in the project
- Ad-hoc support for project management, optimizing project processes and activities
About You
Bringing the below skills and qualities will make it easier to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar
- 2+ years of schedule management experience, achieving outstanding results in project planning, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Analytical mind along with a high level of professionalism, trustworthiness, sound judgment, and a collaborative spirit
